Job summary

British Engines Group’s CMP Products division is seeking two Senior QHSE Engineers to provide governance, assurance and leadership across Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems. You’ll safeguard the QHSE governance framework while partnering with engineering, manufacturing and operations to improve risk management.

Ideal candidates bring five years’ QHSE or Quality Engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing or CNC environments, with ISO 9001/14001/45001, NEBOSH and Internal

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ QHSE or Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing and CNC processes.
• Experience supporting NPI activities.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE auditing (product/process) and related tools.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 and risk-based governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as custodian of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Maintain policies, procedures and standards; support audits and reviews.
• Oversee QA across products and processes, including NPI validation and changes.
• Review trends, escalate material risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure risk assessments, critical controls and environmental controls are robust.
• Investigate serious incidents and support organisational learning.
• Develop QHSE performance indicators and provide independent assurance.
• Mentor QHSE colleagues and promote prevention-focused behaviour.
