Job summary

ProPharma in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager (QPPV Office) to lead PV consultants and coordinators supporting local and global PV services, including QPPV/LPPV roles and PSMF maintenance. The Senior Manager acts as SME for PV areas and ensures high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical and/or post-marketing pharmacovigilance.
• Minimum 2 years’ QPPV office experience.
• Experience in leading and developing a project team.
• Expert knowledge of global pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory requirements incl. MHRA and EU PV legislations and guidances.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and leads the PV consultants and coordinators.
• Oversees budgeting, planning and resource utilization.
• Prepares performance plans and conducts reviews.
• Ensures team objectives are understood and achieved.
• Develops succession plans for key PV roles.
• Delivers PV training and supports client audits.
