Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions in London seeks a seasoned Head of Operations for the Global Proxy domain. You will lead the Bank and Broker Dealer International (BBDI) team, directing multi-location operations, governance, and transformation initiatives to optimise efficiency and reduce risk.

The role collaborates with shared services and clients at the executive level. You will own operational governance, set SLAs and KPIs, drive outsourcing relationships, and provide executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead senior, multi-locational teams.
• Strong understanding of global custody ecosystems related to Proxy/Asset Services.
• Experience delivering large operational offshoring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead BBDI Executive Leadership Team and oversee direct and matrixed operations.
• Drive efficiency, cost control and KPI adherence across end-to-end processes.
• Oversee outsourced operations and partner with senior leaders to optimise service delivery.
• Implement robust internal controls and regulatory compliance across operations.
