Job summary

AIG Underwriting is seeking a Wording Specialist to review forms, draft endorsements, and align third-party policy wordings with underwriting intent. You’ll work with Underwriting, Claims and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will help maintain manuscript checklists, develop training for underwriters, and contribute to the Global Policy Forms Library and digital workflows. This role offers growth, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to leading industry practices within AIG.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting policy language and endorsements.
• Knowledge of UK Property markets and policy forms.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to underwriters and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive policy wording guidelines and counsel underwriters on best practices.
• Provide counseling and technical guidance to underwriters on policy and documentation.
