Job summary

Uniper invites a senior professional to shape high-value land and property development across a global portfolio, with a strong emphasis on data centres and power-enabled development. You will lead development strategies, structure complex transactions, and coordinate across commercial, legal, tax, finance, and operations teams to deliver market-facing propositions that maximise long-term value.

You will steer opportunities from market insight through due diligence to practical delivery,

Qualifications

Experience in land and property development or portfolio delivery, especially on industrial or energy sites.
Ability to structure and negotiate complex property transactions across diverse interests.
Experience turning market insight into deliverable development strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic land and property opportunities across UK and international portfolio.
Develop strategies for lease, disposal, acquisition, joint ventures or other structures.
Manage complex property transactions with risk and value awareness.
Collaborate with commercial, legal, tax, finance and operations teams.
Identify market demand and develop recommendations for senior leadership.
Oversee external advisers and suppliers with governance and value-for-money oversight.
Provide due diligence and strategic advice to investment decisions and portfolio planning.
