Job summary

AniCura, part of Mars Veterinary Health Europe, is seeking a Program Administrator to join the Global Real Estate & Facilities Management team. The role is hybrid and can be based in Birmingham (UK) or Amsterdam (NL), supporting clinic network expansions across Europe.

You will coordinate key project approvals, governance documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration, while managing executive calendars and international travel for senior leaders in a fast‑paced, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience in international/corporate settings.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple deadlines and approval processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365; managing executive schedules and presentations.
• Native-level English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key approval workflows, compliance documentation, and governance processes for investments.
• Support international travel logistics and executive calendar management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional units across Europe.
• Serve as a central connector across the European veterinary network.
