Job summary

Mars Veterinary Health Europe is seeking a Senior Manager of Design Standards to define and evolve design guidelines across the MVH Europe network. The role drives end-to-end design processes, collaborating with executives, marketing, and agencies to elevate the public profile of our real estate offerings.

You will lead sustainability and inclusive design efforts, travel internationally as needed, and shape scalable design systems for hundreds of clinics across Europe.

The team

This strategic role reports directly to the Director of Construction and is integral to the leadership team's transformational agenda. You will have a global scope, covering the entire MVH network's current and future footprint. You will work closely with Project Delivery Teams, Commercial teams, and Marketing to align Design Guide Standards with our overarching company principles, ensuring a strong, collaborative environment focused on project delivery success.

What we're looking for

• 7–10+ years in design, with 3-5 years in a strategic leadership capacity, ideally in healthcare or veterinary industries.

• Experience aligning design with veterinary regulations and leading large-scale initiatives like clinic renovations or digital platform rollouts.

• Mastery of design system tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and a deep understanding of inclusive design for clinical workflows.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
