Job summary

ADE Recruitment Limited is seeking a Programme Manager / Project Manager to coordinate multiple global activities in a machinery-focused can-making environment. You will develop schedules, manage contracts, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while driving cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, and operations.

The role offers a £55,000 annual salary, a company pension scheme, 25 days holidays, and an annual bonus scheme, located in Cumbria, UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in can making or machinery industry.
• Strong project planning and analytical skills; proficient with MS Project, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple global activities concurrently across functions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Review sales contracts and liaise with Project Director.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliant documentation and milestones.
• Communicate project updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with implementation of project management software.
