Job summary

Mary's Meals is seeking a Programme Delivery Officer to support the operations team in delivering our school feeding programme globally from Glasgow and beyond. You will help ensure systems, processes and information underpin effective delivery, implement tools, and provide practical guidance to programme teams across countries.

You will analyse data to spot trends, support change projects, and promote continuous improvement while collaborating with affiliates, partners and colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in project, operational or programme delivery within a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical skills, turning data into meaningful insights.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and able to balance priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• Experience of process improvement, systems implementation or change is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve programme delivery systems, tools and processes.
• Guide Programme Affiliates and Partners on delivery standards and requirements.
• Analyse data to identify trends, monitor compliance and inform decisions.
• Help develop, test and roll out digital solutions that improve delivery.
• Strengthen stock management, reporting and operational controls.
• Support monitoring, analysis and performance reporting.
• Coordinate responses to operational support requests worldwide.
• Contribute to change projects that strengthen operations and support growth.
