Job summary

Insight222 is seeking an experienced Program Events Manager to own end-to-end production of client events. You will translate client insights into compelling agendas and manage all logistics, budgets and stakeholder communications from brief to post-event review.

You will work across in-person and virtual formats, coordinating senior speakers and cross-functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on impact and value.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing content-led B2B events and executive forums.
• Strong end-to-end event management across in-person and virtual formats.
• Ability to turn stakeholder input into clear agendas and formats.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Comfort coordinating senior clients and subject-matter experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop event strategy, calendars and objectives for each program.
• Identify and brief speakers, facilitators and internal experts.
• Own end-to-end production, from venue to post-event review.
• Manage budgets, vendors and contracts within approved limits.
• Collaborate across teams to align events with program goals.
