Job summary

T. Rowe Price Hong Kong is seeking an experienced International Production Manager to lead client-facing marketing production across EMEA and APAC.

You will oversee print, merchandise, fulfilment, and online stores, balancing quality, timing, and cost while upholding brand standards and regulatory requirements. Working with regional marketing, design teams, and external vendors, you will coordinate campaigns, events, and digital workflows, drive efficiency, and implement scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years in marketing production, print, merchandise operations, fulfilment, or related field.
• Experience managing external vendors, suppliers, or agency partners in production/delivery.
• Experience leading production or marketing operations projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of print production, branded merchandise, fulfilment, and direct mail processes.
• Strong attention to visual detail and maintaining brand standards across materials.
• Ability to evaluate operational options balancing quality, timing, cost, and user experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver print, branded merchandise, fulfilment across EMEA and APAC.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to understand objectives and translate into production plans.
• Advise on production options including timing, sustainability, quality and cost.
• Serve as internal project manager for mid- to large-scale initiatives, coordinating schedules and vendors.
• Own day-to-day management of online print and merchandise stores and self-service growth.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure service levels.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to monitor performance and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and self-service in processes.
• Support workflow and technology solutions for ordering and fulfilment.
