Job summary

IMG is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its global operations. You will support the production management team across office, remote hub and onsite locations, organizing shoots, bookings, and crew coordination while tracking costs and ensuring on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Production Coordinator role, ideally with international experience across a range of projects.
• Experience supporting cost management of production budgets.
• Knowledge of production and post-production technologies and workflows.
• Experience working with clients and on-screen talent.
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders where English is not a first language.

Responsibilities

• Provide production coordination support across the production, working closely with the Production Management team.
• Organise shoots and onsite bookings, including clearances, film permits, transport, accommodation and catering.
• Book and coordinate crew, onboarding, scheduling, and creating Work Orders via the payment portal.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and process invoices as required.
• Assist with securing visas and work permits with internal departments when required.
• Create and distribute detailed call sheets and risk assessments for crew.
