Job summary

TPP (The Phoenix Partnership) seeks a confident Product Specialist to demonstrate and train clients on our healthcare technology solutions. You will lead product demonstrations, manage LMS resources, and produce training materials for users across the UK and beyond.

The role involves delivering online and in-person training, organizing workshops, and representing TPP at industry events. A customer-facing background, ideally in healthcare, is preferred, with travel to UK and international

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training and demonstrations.
• Customer-facing or training background, healthcare is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive troubleshooting mindset.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead presentations and product demonstrations to UK and international clients.
• Manage and maintain LMS and eLearning resources.
• Create high-quality training materials for users of healthcare tech solutions.
• Deliver engaging training sessions online and in-person.
• Organise workshops to maximise user experience with products.
• Represent TPP at meetings and healthcare conferences.
