Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Product Manager to support strategy, discovery, development, and delivery of customer-focused solutions that drive business growth. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to use market insights and data to guide product decisions across the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with design, engineering, and data teams, leading go-to-market plans with Sales and Marketing, and delivering measurable outcomes through metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle delivery.
• Proven success launching products and building customer relationships that influence product direction.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to translate market and customer insights into product decisions.
• Experience using data, metrics, KPIs, and experimentation to support decision‑making.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience building business cases, managing budgets, and demonstrating ROI.
• Experience working within Agile and SDLC environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting the growth of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, competitors, and regulatory considerations.
• Develop strong customer relationships and use insights to shape product direction.
• Drive customer-centric processes and identify opportunities through market segmentation and analysis.
• Use metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and experimentation to guide strategy and measure success.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Lead product lifecycle activities from discovery through launch, including defining requirements and delivering complex features.
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver effective solutions.
