Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Product Manager to support product strategy, lead discovery, development, and delivery of customer-focused solutions that drive business growth. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to use market insights, data, and technology to inform decisions and deliver outcomes across the product lifecycle.

You will build deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and regulatory considerations while collaborating with design, engineering, and data teams

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle delivery.
• Proven success launching products and building customer relationships that guide product direction.
• Strong customer focus with ability to translate insights into product decisions.
• Experience using data, KPIs, and experimentation to support decisions.
• Strong commercial awareness with budgets and ROI experience.
• Experience in Agile and SDLC environments.
• Effective communicator able to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues.

About the Role
