LinkedIn seeks a Quality Job Growth Product Manager to collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Product Operations, Business Development, and Product Marketing to improve quality job posts globally.

You will lead analyses, define requirements, and design features across cross-functional teams while aligning with LinkedIn’s mission to enhance global economic opportunity for job seekers.

Formación

• BS/BA in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fundamental understanding of APIs and web integration technologies.
• MS degree in a technology-related field (preferred).
• Experience building and delivering SaaS or social network platform solutions (preferred).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or online job boards (preferred).
• Experience operating with partner ecosystems in collaboration with business development (preferred).
• Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams (preferred).
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences (preferred).
• Multilingual capabilities would be a benefit but not required (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Drive global product requirements definition, planning and design of new features.
