Job summary

Axalta in the UK is seeking a Global Product Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of fillers, coatings, and aerosol products from concept through launch to phase-out, located at our Wellingborough facility.

You will analyze market trends and sales data, collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales and Brand teams to optimize product performance and meet targets while driving pricing strategies and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Product or Project Management.
Educated in a Business and/or Science-based degree (desirable).
Proficient in the English language.

Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle for fillers, coatings, and aerosol products, from concept to launch and phase-out.
Lead cross-functional project management for new product development using StageGate.
Analyze sales performance and profitability to meet commercial targets.
Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Brand teams to align product strategies.
Drive pricing, category management, and compliance strategies to support market position.
Gather market intelligence and end-user insights to inform product innovation.
Manage changes to existing products, including cost-saving initiatives and packaging updates.
Oversee artwork and labeling accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Support sales enablement with product materials, data sheets, and promotional content.
