The Product Manager oversees the full lifecycle of fillers, coatings, and aerosol products, including development, launch, and phase-out. You will analyze market trends, sales data, and user insights to optimize product performance and meet sales targets. Cross-functional collaboration is key, especially in managing new product pipelines and implementing product changes. Also, you will support retail sales through strategic planning, compliance, pricing, and promotional initiatives.
Axalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia‑Pacific.
