If you're commercially savvy, passionate about healthcare, and love bringing products to life through smart marketing and great teamwork, this UK Product Manager role could be exactly what you're looking for.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

How would the team describe themselves? A purpose-driven UK medical device manufacturer with a big focus on sustainability, and reliability. From well-known brands to their upcoming Infection Prevention product launch, they’re serious about supporting healthcare professionals with the tools they need to deliver great care, while also protecting the planet.

With a market leading product portfolio and a values-led culture built on C.A.R.E. (Customer First, Accountability, Recognition, Environment & Social Wellbeing), this is a company that genuinely walks the talk.

A few other reasons why you might want to work here:
  • 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays
  • Life insurance covering 4x your salary
  • Free Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Collaborative culture where ideas are welcomed and acted on
What will your day-to-day look like?

This is a downstream product management role, so you’ll focus on everything post-launch: supporting commercial teams, creating great content, and driving adoption and growth through clever messaging and strategy.

A typical day might look a little like this:
  • Owning and managing the UK Infection Prevention portfolio
  • Support the marketing strategy for key brands within the UK
  • Crafting clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging
  • Creating sales tools, videos, blogs, and website content to support internal and external stakeholders
  • Analysing competitor activity and market trends to keep products ahead of the curve
  • Equipping sales teams with training materials and confidence to sell
  • Leading lifecycle and change control projects that drive margin or revenue
  • Acting as the go-to project lead for product updates and improvements
  • Supporting post-market compliance and reporting activities
This role will suit you if you…
  • Have 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing or product management
  • Understand the UK healthcare landscape and how the NHS operates
  • Have worked with medical devices or healthcare consumables
  • Are commercially focused, execution-led, and love a bit of problem solving
  • Are confident in creating content and presenting your ideas
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in a cross-functional team
  • Are based in the North West
Think this could be your next role?
