Job Description:
This role reports to our Head Office at 40 High Street, Street, Somerset, BA16 0EQ, United Kingdom.
The main responsibility is to coordinate and deliver all Clarks Premium & Essentials trade marketing and product materials to support regional or in-market sales teams, facilitating effective sell-in.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of all Clarks Premium & Essentials GTM launch activities, focusing on producing the required trade materials to enable sell-in.
- Coordinate the delivery of content for seasonal launches, including brand pitch presentations, sales ID directions for conferences and trade events, and marketing and product GTM presentations/materials.
- Deliver showroom guidelines, including graphics, ensuring timely supply to sales teams and support for trade fairs.
- Supervise the development of trade PR materials for local deployment, ensuring effective market activation.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers, negotiating costs and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Analyze the utilization and performance of GTM materials, applying learnings to future developments.
- Maintain regular interactions with strategic markets to understand local needs and incorporate learnings into GTM strategies.
- Manage annual GTM marketing budgets, ensuring activities are within budget and aligned with local needs.
- Support or lead marketing projects such as NFW and collaborations, ensuring delivery within budget.
- Coordinate seasonal GTM shoots, working with creative and product teams to ensure samples and key benefits are accurately captured.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree level education.
- Knowledge of UK, US, and other international markets.
- Understanding of footwear or fashion/accessories markets.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, marketing planning, and sales processes.
- Technical skills in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for international markets.
- Experience in developing trade launch plans, supporting events, and managing complex logistics.
- Ability to influence remote, multicultural teams.
- Successful experience in brand strategy development, trade marketing, and managing international teams.
- Experience supporting sales teams in key account development.
