TCR Group is seeking a Senior Head of Procurement to lead and shape our global procurement strategy across GSE, spare parts, IT services, facilities, and logistics. You will negotiate high-value contracts and drive total cost of ownership improvements, working with regional MDs and the COO to align spend with strategic goals.

Based in London, Madrid, Schiphol, or Brussels, you will champion category governance, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering measurable value

Competenze

• 10+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• 3+ years in a senior/leadership role; multi-country experience a plus.
• Proven track record in high-value, complex negotiations (asset/technical).
• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on contract execution.

• Define and drive group procurement strategy across all spend categories.
• Build and develop procurement organisation and capabilities; define operating model.
