Qualifications

• Experience assessing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and developing solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret business data, identify trends and translate findings into meaningful insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly with different audiences and present recommendations to stakeholders at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on lean processes, global market understanding, tools and systems.
• Partner with business users and senior stakeholders to gather Voice of Business (VOB), Voice of Customer (VOC) and business requirements.
• Design and develop solutions and create implementation plans to support successful deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes and recommend practical, efficient approaches.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the development of standardized best practices, services, tools and training.
• Use data and business insights to identify trends, evaluate opportunities and support decision-making.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis to evaluate alternative solutions and support business recommendations.
• Work across functions and geographies to align different business requirements and priorities.
• Support procurement and category management activities through process, market and data insights.
• Serve as a technical representative within your area of expertise, providing recommendations and presenting solutions to stakeholders, including senior leaders.
