Job summary

Volta is seeking a Procurement Legal Counsel to support drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement contracts globally. You will work with the VP, Vendor Procurement and Regional Directors, handling agreements from draft to signature using Volta templates and playbooks.

The role includes building templates, playbooks, and contract records, with exposure to UK/European and US contracting. Strong drafting, negotiation and risk assessment skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Paralegal or contracts qualification or equivalent experience in commercial contracts.
• Minimum 4 years drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and negotiate NDAs with suppliers and contractors.
• Draft and negotiate Master Services Agreements and supply agreements.
• Support regional procurement in negotiating framework agreements and pricing terms.
• Assist in construction/project contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, AIA) as needed.
• Manage contract execution end-to-end and maintain records.
