Job summary

Chain IQ Group AG in London seeks a senior Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end procurement initiatives across Professional Services for major clients.

You will build global supplier relationships, run multi-million euro deals, and shape strategies in Tax, Audit, HR, and Legal. The role demands strong negotiation, stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to University standard or equivalent – MCIPS desirable.
• Minimum 5-10 yrs experience in sourcing across specific categories.
• Proven market knowledge of Professional Services.
• Proven capability of running large multi-million / complex global deals, end-to-end.
• Hands-on deal execution with minimal oversight.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in contract drafting with limited need for specialist legal support.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Leading assigned sourcing initiatives, from routine renewals to strategic purchases.
• Conducting market tenders and managing evaluations for supplier selection.
• Understanding business requirements and structuring deals to meet them.
• Negotiating deals to achieve optimal commercial terms.
• Drafting contracts based on standard terms and conditions.
• Maintaining market awareness and contributing to sourcing area plans.
• Identifying opportunities to deliver savings for clients.
• Mentoring/coaching less experienced team members.
