Job summary

Chain IQ, a global AI-driven procurement service partner, seeks a visionary Sourcing Professional Services Expert to join our team in London. You will shape sourcing for Consultancy, Advisory, Tax, Audit, Resourcing, and Legal, collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to redefine how services are delivered globally.

You will architect end-to-end sourcing initiatives, lead multi-million global deals, mentor others, and ensure value through smarter, more efficient sourcing within Chain

Qualifications

• Educated to University standard or equivalent; MCIPS desirable.
• 5-10 years experience in sourcing across professional services categories.
• Proven market knowledge of professional services to drive value for clients.
• Experience running large multi-million/global deals and tender processes.
• Hands-on end-to-end deal execution with minimal oversight.
• Highly organized, results-driven with cross-functional leadership.
• Strong client/stakeholder focus and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to structure complex deals and sourcing strategies.
• Experience drafting contracts with limited legal support.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead assigned sourcing initiatives from renewals to strategic purchases.
• Conduct market tenders and evaluate across cross-functional teams.
• Understand business requirements and structure deals accordingly.
• Negotiate deals to achieve optimal commercial terms.
• Draft contracts based on standard terms and conditions.
• Maintain market awareness and contribute to category plans.
• Adhere to corporate sourcing tools and processes.
• Identify opportunities to deliver client savings through smarter sourcing.
• Mentor/coaching of less experienced team members on complex deals.
