Baker Hughes is seeking a Business Transformation – Process Excellence professional to lead strategic process improvements across the organisation with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. You will identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate, and digitise processes, delivering measurable business value in a global energy technology company.

• Experience leading transformation initiatives in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze end‑to‑end business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, duplication and cost drivers.
• Define and own the process blueprint, aligning with strategy and future operating models.
• Partner with SMEs to design, standardise and implement optimized processes across functions and sites.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, Value Stream Mapping and optimization methods to deliver gains in speed, quality and cost.
• Drive standardisation and automation opportunities across the enterprise.
• Engage senior stakeholders to support decision-making, prioritisation and adoption of new ways of working.
• Lead change management to ensure sustainable implementation and long-term behavioural change.
