Job summary

TEC Partners Limited is seeking a proactive Global Process Owner to take end-to-end ownership of P2P processes within a 12-month transformation programme. Hybrid role based in Aldermaston and Paddington, with two days onsite and flexibility for meetings.

You will lead system implementation (Jaggaer or similar SaaS), map complex processes, apply UX principles, and define a content strategy and roadmap to drive adoption and continuous improvement across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in product management in SaaS or digital transformation.
• Proven content/process transformation experience with roadmap delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of procurement governance and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment with objectives.

GPO – Global Process Owner

Location: Hybrid – Aldermaston / Paddington (2 days per week onsite, some flexibility for meetings)

Rate: £72–£82 per hour (Umbrella)

Are you a proactive and experienced product or process leader ready to take ownership of complex procurement processes? This is a new, high-impact role leading P2P process improvement, system implementation, and content strategy for a transformation programme. You’ll bring clarity and structure to a system and team under pressure, driving efficiency and user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of P2P processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment with organisational objectives.
• Lead system implementation and embedding, preferably with Jaggaer or similar SaaS platforms.
• Conduct complex process mapping and engineering, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable improvements.
• Apply UX and user-centred design principles, including conducting user research and usability testing.
• Build and deliver a product/digital roadmap for P2P processes and related systems.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement post-launch, including optimisation of content and workflows.

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or digital transformation environments.
• Proven track record in content/process transformation, including roadmap delivery and stakeholder prioritisation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled in complex process mapping, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge or awareness of compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting in procurement or digital systems.

Desirable:

• Direct experience with Jaggaer or similar commercial/procurement systems.
• Background in commercial or defence transformation programmes
• Formal certifications: Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
• Experience mentoring and developing teams, delivering content strategies, and maintaining content guidelines.
