Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking an Optimisation Manager to lead end-to-end process optimisation across multiple countries and systems. You will provide SME input for training during transitions, drive process redesigns, and ensure changes align with group standards while reducing process variants.

The role focuses on delivering automation-ready processes, working with SteCo and project teams, and supporting the harmonisation of operations across the BSC.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert on allocated systems and processes.
• Provide SME input to support training for new transitions, system roll outs and BSC team development.

Responsibilities

• Translate high level process definition into efficient end-to-end processes.
• Work with Local Countries and GPOs to test and implement updated processes, including monitoring hyper care issues.
• Validate process changes to ensure alignment with group standards and avoid new variants.
• Drive reduction in variants to increase standardisation and future automation potential.
