Job summary

Ripple is seeking a highly skilled Privacy Senior Manager to lead and scale the Global Privacy Program, guiding day-to-day operations, policy updates, data mapping, and risk management across regions.

You will draft and review privacy contracts, build training, track metrics, and collaborate with Regulatory Compliance on licensing and resilience. Strong communication and fintech/crypto privacy expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 6–8+ years of privacy program management experience, fintech/crypto preferred.
• Experience drafting and reviewing privacy contract terms.
• Experience supporting global privacy initiatives, including US state privacy laws, EU GDPR, UK data protection regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and program management skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor content to audiences.
• Commercially-minded team player who solves complex privacy issues in financial services.
• Privacy certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day global privacy operations (data subject requests, mapping, inventory, PIAs).
• Develop and operationalize the global program; update policies and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed on global privacy legislation and implement new requirements.
• Develop and conduct privacy training for organisation-wide adoption.
• Maintain program metrics to identify risks and trends.
• Support and maintain privacy tools.
• Prepare ad-hoc and quarterly reports and materials for employees and leadership.
• Provide operational support to Regulatory Compliance on licensing and resilience matters.
