TE Connectivity seeks a Principal System Architect for Industrial Sensors to shape market strategy and the product portfolio. This global role collaborates with customers, sales, product management, and R&D to define differentiated sensor solutions that drive long-term growth.

You will provide system-level leadership, translating customer needs into executable roadmaps and requirements while driving early design-in activities and thought leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years direct experience within the industrial sensors market in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies and system-level integration.
• Ability to travel globally 25% to meet customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Translate market, application, and customer requirements into clear product specifications, system architectures, and development priorities.
• Advise customers on system-level trade-offs and optimize sensing solutions to maximize performance, reliability, cost, and ease of integration.
• Drive early customer engagement and design-in activities through close collaboration with engineering teams and technical decision-makers.
• Develop and deliver application-focused training programs to elevate technical knowledge across sales, FAE, marketing, and engineering organizations.
• Represent the company as a thought leader and subject matter expert through industry forums, trade shows, technical publications, and digital channels.
