Job summary

Linklaters, a global law firm, is seeking a Pricing Manager to join a high-performing Finance team in London on a full-time basis. You will shape pricing strategy, manage global fee negotiations, and provide expert analysis on fee arrangements in partner discussions.

You will collaborate across Finance and the wider business, drive improvements, maintain documentation in SAP, and mentor colleagues while delivering clear pricing recommendations that balance risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Pricing or Commercial Finance, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong financial analysis and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the firm's pricing strategy.
• Lead and contribute to global fee negotiations with Client Relationship Partners.
• Ensure governance through submissions to the Client Pricing Committee.
• Deliver high-quality financial modelling and analysis at panel and matter level.
• Provide clear pricing recommendations balancing risk, market dynamics, and profitability.
• Drive pricing process improvements, tools, and reporting, plus training.
