Silversea seeks a Sr. Lead, PR, Communications & Content to drive strategic communications for international markets, with a focus on the UK, EMEA, AUS/NZ, and APAC. You will partner with the Director and Manager to shape brand storytelling and editorial content for Discover by Silversea.

You will manage media relations, create proactive materials, and lead agency partnerships while aligning with global PR and corporate communications teams. Strong writing and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a closely related field.
• 7+ years in PR, communications, content or similar roles with international scope.
• Proven ability to secure earned media and manage media relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global PR and communications strategies across regions.
• Regionalize messaging for UK, EMEA, AUS/NZ, and APAC with local nuances.
• Build relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies.
• Create media materials: press releases, media briefings, talking points.
• Lead content partnerships and editorial direction for Discover by Silversea.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
