Job summary

Gozney seeks a Global PR & Communications Director (maternity cover) to shape and drive the company’s PR strategy across four markets. You will lead a diverse team and agencies, steering consumer PR, crisis comms and investor relations to boost brand presence.

The role reports to the VP of Brand and is a 12‑month FTC. You will work in a fast‑paced, hybrid setup based in London or Bournemouth, delivering impactful campaigns and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading a PR team across international markets
• Strong knowledge of consumer PR, thought leadership, crisis comms, affiliates and investor relations
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communications skills
• Existing press relationships, especially in the UK media
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and agency partners

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global PR & Communications strategy
• Lead global PR team across multiple regions
• Oversee crisis management and investor relations channel
• Manage global materials, budgets and reporting tools
• Provide executive communications support for leadership and counsel to wider departments
• Coordinate award entries across design, product and business
• Partner with leaders to drive brand familiarity and growth
