Job summary

RIXO is seeking a Head of Global Communications & Press for a 12-month maternity cover, starting January 2027. You will lead the global comms function, partner with leadership, and drive brand storytelling across press, influencer, VIP, and affiliate activities.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a broad network in fashion media. You will report to the Creative Director and collaborate with marketing, creative, retail and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fashion communications/PR.
• Significant in-house/outbound品牌 communications experience.
• Strong network with global fashion media and influencers.

Responsibilities

• Lead global communications and press strategy across markets.
• Manage influencer, affiliate and VIP activity to build brand value.
• Oversee media relations and editorial seeding across UK, US and international markets.
• Profile founders Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McCloskey for thought leadership.
• Guard and protect the RIXO brand in all communications.
