Job summary

G Adventures in London is seeking a PR & Communications Manager, EMEA, for a 16-month maternity cover. Based in our London office, you’ll lead regional communications with a focus on UK, Ireland, and DACH, shaping narratives with media, partners and senior leaders.

You’ll oversee press relations, campaigns, and events, collaborating with our global team to amplify our mission of responsible travel and community tourism.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in PR or communications, agency or in-house.
• Strong media relationships across travel, consumer, business and broadcast outlets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the communications strategy for the EMEA region.
• Identify opportunities to raise awareness through strategic media relations and partnerships.
• Secure coverage across consumer, trade, business and broadcast media, especially UK and DACH.
• Develop newsworthy announcements, data-led campaigns and timely media opportunities.
• Write and distribute press releases, pitches, and other media materials.
• Lead creative PR campaigns with regional and global teams.
• Plan and deliver media events and press trips for UK and wider DACH.
• Manage press office activity, respond to media inquiries, and maintain journalist relationships.
• Collaborate with Planeterra to share community tourism stories.
• Coordinate with external PR agencies and manage agency performance.
