Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Junior Service Engineer to join its team in Poole. The role focuses on installing, servicing and fault-finding PLC systems and control panels with specialist in-house electrical training provided.

You will travel internationally, with opportunities for progression into managerial roles. The position offers a salary of £30,000 – £35,000 plus overtime (OTE £40k), and door-to-door travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, commissioning and servicing PLC systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Willing to undergo specialist electrical training in-house.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and service PLC systems at customer sites.
• Fault-find across control panels, drives and mechanical assemblies.
• Work internationally on site visits with international travel.
