Monzo seeks a Product Director to lead its Flex initiative in the UK, setting strategy for a leading lending product and balancing growth, risk and customer outcomes alongside Engineering, Credit, Data, Design and senior leadership.

This high-impact role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, focusing on propositions across segments and driving profitability through disciplined decision-making. London-based or UK-distributed, with occasional travel to London.

• Set the strategy for Flex and define direction for one of Monzo’s key revenue-driving products.
• Drive performance by shaping propositions across risk segments and cohorts and analysing unit economics.
• Champion customer outcomes with simple, transparent experiences while balancing commercial goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing product team; develop managers and deliver multiple high-impact initiatives.
