Starcom in London is seeking a Global Commerce Manager to shape the future of commerce media for LEGO across retail media, eCommerce and brand-building channels. You’ll influence work across international markets within Publicis One’s global team, translating ambitious briefs into connected strategies and driving sustainable growth for an iconic brand.

The role offers cross-market leadership, opportunities to partner with regional teams, and a focus on delivering innovative customer experiences

Qualifications

• Experience developing retail media, eCommerce or commerce marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising and its role in the customer journey.
• Experience with Retail Media Networks through activation, planning or strategy.
• Ability to translate data into focused recommendations and narratives.
• Collaborative approach; able to align cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about emerging commerce opportunities, including social commerce and new technology.
• Strong prioritisation and presentation skills; autonomy in leading work.

Responsabilités

• Shape global commerce and retail media strategies and integrate them into annual planning.
• Lead campaign briefs from initial direction through to local-market delivery, ensuring clarity at every stage.
• Partner with regional teams to translate global thinking into effective, relevant market approaches.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, agency specialists, publishers and commerce partners.
• Work closely with Amazon teams and partners to identify insights, test ideas and explore new opportunities.
• Turn complex performance data into clear stories, recommendations and presentations for senior audiences.
• Improve ways of working across digital, partnerships, analytics and commerce teams, helping everyone deliver stronger outcomes together.
