Job summary

BCLP is seeking an Associate Director, Professional Indemnity to lead contentious risk matters across the UK and EMEA from the Office of General Counsel. You will manage claims, advise senior management, and drive best practices for professional risk and insurance programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (likely 5 years+) in managing contentious risk issues in an international commercial law environment.
• Delivering legal advice on professional indemnity and insurance matters to senior management and fee earners.

• Provide strategic guidance on complex PI claims and external counsel selection.
