AVEVA seeks a Director, Global Practice Lead for PI Data Infrastructure & Digital Twin. The role leads strategy, teams, and industry enablement to unlock value from real-time operational data and Digital Twin tech.

You will set vision, establish standards, enable sales, and develop a future-ready team across global regions. The position requires seniority, broad PI DI hands-on experience, and strong leadership in delivering enterprise-scale solutions that integrate OT and IT systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of large engineering/consulting teams.
• Hands-on PI DI and AVEVA data infrastructure background.
• Experience delivering real-time OT/IT integration at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own PI DI practice goals and reference architectures.
• Develop and standardize delivery methodologies and templates.
• Support pre-sales and sales enablement with technology and use cases.
• Drive global delivery excellence and KPI targets across regions.
