Job summary

QCIC is seeking a Physical Security Technical Account Manager in London, a hybrid, full-time role. You will build, promote and maintain client partnerships with strategic accounts and lead project teams to deliver enterprise security solutions that exceed expectations.

You will direct multiple operations, manage global engagements across time zones, develop account plans and drive growth while ensuring delivery to budget and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise-level access control, video management and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience managing global accounts across multiple time zones.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an annual job volume/revenue expectation of $5+ Million+.
• Act as primary point of contact for the account and manage communications for all QCIC engagements.
• Work with clients to understand business needs and navigate their organisation.
• Work with QCIC leadership and Strategic Account Management functions.
• Develop and manage an account plan to capture client vision, initiatives and growth.
• Proactively manage and coordinate operational aspects of strategic client engagements across global accounts.
• Represent QCIC as a thought leader and lead teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
