Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physics, optics, chemistry or engineering.
• Experience with optical setups, lab environments or photonics equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to present concepts to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to international customers, including pre-sale enquiries.
• Identify new business opportunities through strong customer relationships.
• Apply market feedback to R&D and Marketing.
• Manage sales pipeline from qualification to close in CRM.
• Present equipment demonstrations at conferences and trade fairs.
