Sulzer is seeking a Global People & Projects Partner to shape and deliver our global HR initiatives. You will collaborate with leaders across Sulzer to drive people strategy, transformation, and processes that enhance employee experiences and organisational effectiveness.

You will lead cross-border programmes, advocate for continuous improvement, and ensure HR projects align with business needs while delivering scalable solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• You have a strong HR background with extensive experience in global people projects and HR delivery.
• Proven track record delivering complex HR initiatives with tangible business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR and people-focused projects aligned to Sulzer's priorities.
• Drive transformation initiatives improving employee and candidate experiences worldwide.
• Partner with HR teams and leaders to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support onboarding, internal mobility, workforce planning, learning and development programs.
• Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of people processes and systems (e.g., Workday).
• Deliver projects that enhance employee experience and strengthen employer brand externally.
• Use data and stakeholder input to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Embed best-practice approaches to ensure consistency, efficiency, and global excellence.
