Job summary

Systemiq is seeking an experienced People Operations Senior Associate for an interim 3–6 month assignment in London. The role focuses on supporting the UK and European operations, including payroll, benefits, and immigration coordination, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations or HR administration within an international organisation.
• Experience supporting UK and multiple European countries' employee lifecycles.
• Experience with payroll/benefits administration and monthly deadlines.
• Strong HRIS experience including data checks and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day operational ownership of employee lifecycle activities across the UK and Europe, including onboarding, probation, changes, leave, and offboarding.
• Coordinate employment contracts, amendments, extensions and changes to working hours.
• Manage onboarding for new hires and ensure documentation and processes are completed on time.
• Respond to routine People Operations queries and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain HRIS data, run reports, and support transition to a new HR system.
