Job summary

Meraki Talent is seeking an experienced pensions professional to own strategy, governance, projects and technical pension matters across a complex organisation.

You will influence decisions across multiple jurisdictions, drive the delivery of UK pension arrangements, and collaborate with stakeholders, advisers and providers on transformations while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience with UK pension design and governance.
• Proven ability to manage pension projects from initiation to completion.
• Knowledge of European pension arrangements is advantageous.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the global pension strategy and governance initiatives.
• Lead design activity across European and Middle Eastern pension plans.
• Support UK pension arrangements and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver pension projects from start to completion.
• Support scheme design reviews and liability management exercises.
• Provide technical support on UK pension projects.
• Support pension-related financial reporting and budgeting.
• Monitor regulatory developments and manage external advisers.
