Job summary

Arm in Cambridge, UK, seeks a dedicated PCB Engineering Manager to lead a global team of PCB layout engineers, driving flawless execution and continuous improvement. You will shape a cohesive team, establish consistent processes and deliver high-quality PCB layouts across projects.

You will guide planning, automation and tooling adoption, mentor engineers, and coordinate with hardware, silicon, and manufacturing teams to ensure successful handover and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience directing or supervising PCB layout engineers or similar technical groups.
• Strong ability to plan PCB layout work and support project schedules.
• Deep understanding of PCB build flows, layout reviews and manufacturing handover (DFT/DFM).
• Experience collaborating with hardware, silicon, signal integrity and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a PCB layout team across multiple projects.
• Plan PCB layout activities, estimate effort and support schedules.
• Improve consistency and efficiency in layout planning and build reviews using automation/EDA tooling.
• Serve as main contact for PCB layout planning and delivery status.
