Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group | B Corp™ in London or Warsaw is seeking an International Payroll Specialist to manage payrolls across multiple countries, coordinating with outsourced providers and the global payroll team.

The role requires fluent English plus another European language, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced international environment, with a hybrid 2 days in the office.

• Support payroll transitions, projects and process improvements.
• Serve as a senior contact and provide cover for the Payroll Manager when needed.

I’m recruiting for an International Payroll Specialist to join a growing global business, with the role able to be based from either Warsaw or London.

This is a great opportunity for someone with international payroll experience who enjoys working across multiple countries, managing outsourced providers and being part of a wider global payroll team.

The role will include:

• Managing international payrolls across multiple countries
• Reviewing payroll data and vendor outputs to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Managing relationships with outsourced payroll providers
• Handling payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Supporting payroll transitions, projects and process improvements
• Acting as a senior point of contact and providing cover for the Payroll Manager when required

What we’re looking for:

• Strong international / multi-country payroll experience
• Experience with French and/or Spanish payroll would be particularly valuable
• Fluent English plus another European language – ideally French, Spanish, German or Portuguese
• Experience managing outsourced payroll vendors
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple deadlines
• Someone confident enough to step up and take additional responsibility when required
