Job summary

Vialto Partners in London is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Global Payroll and Rewards team, shaping workforce technology-driven solutions at the intersection of payroll, compensation, equity and employment tax.

As part of VialtoRewards, you will lead client engagements, manage end-to-end global payroll and rewards processes, drive governance, automation and insights through VialtoComp, and develop your team within a collaborative, global delivery model.

Qualifications

• Experience in global payroll, compensation and rewards.
• Strong client leadership and ability to manage multiple global clients.
• Experience delivering advisory and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to utilise data analytics for insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for multiple global clients.
• Manage end-to-end global payroll and rewards processes and KPIs.
• Support operating models with governance, efficiency, automation and compliance.
• Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve reporting.
• Use payroll data to provide analytics and business insights.
• Identify and manage payroll and regulatory risks with governance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors for delivery.
• Lead client implementations and transformational initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in the rewards practice.
• Coach and develop junior team members in a global delivery model.
