Vialto is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead the design, implementation and governance of multinational share plans. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll and Tax to deliver compliant, scalable equity solutions for clients worldwide and advise on governance and reward strategy.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will mentor junior team members, contribute to analytics and reporting, and help clients align equity programmes with business objectives while ensuring

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience in equity compensation, share plans, executive reward, global mobility tax, or related field.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional share plan implementation and compliance programmes.
• Strong project management, client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with equity administration platforms and payroll/HRIS/finance integrations.
• Professional qualification such as CEP, ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT, ICAEW, ICAS, or equivalent.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design and implement processes supporting equity administration, reporting and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deliver client projects, manage plans, and maintain service quality.
• Oversee governance frameworks, controls and documentation for global equity programmes.
• Advise on the design, implementation and operation of global share plans and executive compensation programmes.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing environment.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to track participation, costs and market trends.
