The role focuses on coordinating UK and international payroll operations and supporting global mobility programs, ensuring compliant management of assignments, travel and cross-border employment matters.

The ideal candidate will have robust UK payroll experience, solid knowledge of personal taxation and benefits administration, and experience with external payroll providers.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing UK payroll and benefits processes.
• Experience working with external payroll providers.
• Strong understanding of UK personal taxation, National Insurance, statutory calculations and benefits administration.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Review UK and international payrolls with external providers.
• Ensure payroll compliance, accuracy and timely reporting.
• Manage benefits administration and payroll-related process improvements.
• Support global mobility activities, including business travel, secondments, tax, social security and visa matters.
• Assist with mobility reporting, policies and compliance controls.
